Our stay was quite frustrating. We encountered long wait times and poor service from management, leaving us disappointed for what we paid. While the spa and one restaurant had their moments, the overall experience did not live up to expectations. The resort has potential with clean facilities and a somewhat enjoyable casino, but essential services and dining options need serious improvement.

Rooms
5.0
Our room was spacious but not fully cleaned, with faulty air conditioning that wasn't addressed even after we reported it.
Service
5.0
The service was sorely lacking; check-in was slow and the staff didn’t seem eager to resolve our concerns.
Location
6.0
The location is decent for accessing Santa Fe attractions but felt somewhat isolated from other dining and entertainment options.
Dining
5.0
Dining at the resort was hit or miss; the Iguana was particularly disappointing, while we enjoyed the food at the Bar & Grill, which was the highlight of our meals.
Facilities
5.0
The spa and sauna were closed, and only limited amenities were available, leaving us feeling like the resort was not fully operational.

6.4/10

During my stay, I appreciated the great customer service from many staff members, especially at the front desk and breakfast area, which truly enhanced my experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but my dining experiences at some of the on-site restaurants were mixed; while some meals were enjoyable, others fell short of expectations. The overall environment felt less inviting due to inconsistent staff attitudes. While I had some fun at the casino, the lack of nearby attractions was a downside for my family.

The casino had a good variety of games, which was a highlight of my stay.

7.0/10

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the room was spacious and clean, the lack of dining options and some service hiccups were disappointing. The casino area could benefit from better ventilation, but the pools were enjoyable. Overall, it's a decent place with some room for improvement.

Rooms
8.0
The room was very spacious, accommodating our family of five with plenty of room to move around. It was clean, but we had a balcony facing the parking lot, which wasn't ideal.
Service
6.0
Although some staff were nice, we did encounter a few instances where the service could have been more attentive and cordial. Overall, it felt inconsistent.
Location
7.0
The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, but it did require driving to reach Santa Fe, which was not too far away.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, and the main restaurant's menu felt overpriced for what was offered. We found better meals outside the hotel.
Facilities
9.0
The pool area was great for relaxing and had a fun atmosphere, making it one of the highlights of our stay.

The hotel has a warm southwestern charm and a nice variety of facilities, making it a pleasant stay overall. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, although some furnishings seem outdated. The service we received was generally good, but certain dining options failed to impress. Additionally, while the pool and other amenities looked inviting, the dining experience could use a refresh in quality.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, though the furnishings are quite dated.
Service
6.0
Most staff were friendly and helpful, but one bell person was uncharacteristically rude, which was disappointing.
Location
8.0
The hotel is set in a beautiful area, though winter activities are limited if you're not into gambling or nightlife.
Dining
5.0
While room service was great, the on-site dining options were just average, lacking standout dishes.
Facilities
8.0
Facilities like the casino and pool area are lovely, creating a nice environment to unwind.

This resort offers a vibrant atmosphere with a variety of amenities including a casino and excellent dining options. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. However, the strict alcohol ID policy can be an inconvenience and may affect the overall experience for some guests. Also, the location is a bit distant from the downtown area, which might not be ideal for everyone.
